Good and Easy CANNED Potatoes!

So, I've had this can of diced potatoes in my cabinet for a couple of months now, and I could not figure out what to do with it! So I found a way to cook them tonight- and it was really good!

Ingredients:
  • 1 can of diced new potatoes
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

  1. Put 2 tablespoons of butter in a pot. Set on medium heat.
  2. Drain potatoes and add to pot. Stir in with butter.
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder over potatoes. Sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder over potatoes. Stir well.
  4. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve. Makes 2-3 servings.
